Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Croydon Salary: £85 - £100 per day  Start Date: ASAP, February 2024  Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent    Are you keen to improve the lives of adolescents who require assistance with special education? Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Deliver invaluable assistance to youngsters who require special education. Promote a welcoming and compassionate atmosphere in the classroom. Encourage the use of individualized lesson plans. Collaborate with educators to create a friendly and engaging learning environment. Assist students one-on-one who require further assistance. Monitor developments, record them, and adjust assistance plans as needed.Requirements as a SEN Teaching Assistant: An established track record of effectively meeting young children's special education needs. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. The capacity to adapt education to suit various methods and needs. A sincere desire to improve children's lives and compassion for them. Preferred training or certifications in special education.
